CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Please note that Ohh Crow India does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

RETURNS
Our garments are all on a made to order basis; hence, we do not offer exchanges or returns once your order is confirmed. However, we are happy to assist with alterations. Courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.
No exchanges, returns, refunds, or alterations are possible for sale/discounted merchandise.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian customers: Product prices include all taxes and duties.

PAYMENTS
All payments made on OhhCrowIndia.com are against the displayed MRP and subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services approved by Ohh Crow India. Before shipping your order, we may request supporting documents (e.g., Govt. Issued ID, address proof) to verify ownership of the payment instrument used for your purchase, ensuring a safe online shopping environment.
We utilize Razorpay, PayPal, and other third-party facilities for payments on the Website. Your use of these services will be governed by their respective User Agreements, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other applicable rules and policies.
While we offer various payment methods, we do not assume liability for any loss or damage arising from transactions, including lack of authorization, exceeding agreed limits, payment issues, or declined transactions.
DELIVERY
While we strive to deliver products within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee delivery within the stipulated period. Failure to deliver within the estimated time does not constitute contract repudiation. If you fail to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply at our discretion.
Delivery times provided are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization. During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays or transportation disruptions.
Orders require a signature upon receipt. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. Please ensure accurate shipping details, including pin code and mobile number, to prevent delivery issues.
Orders from the 'Ready to Ship' section typically take 15-18 days for delivery within India. For other orders, delivery timelines are specified in the Product information section.
Delivery Timelines: The minimum delivery timeline for orders is 10 business days, and the maximum delivery timeline is 20 business days, depending on the product type, customization requirements, and delivery location. Customers will be notified in case of any unforeseen delays.
