Refund policy

Please Note:

• Ohh Crow India does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

• We do not accept exchanges, however, we do understand that sizing issues can occur. In such cases, we may allow size exchanges, subject to availability and approval.

Refund Timelines:

In rare cases where a refund is approved (for example, due to order cancellation before dispatch or other exceptional circumstances), the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment as per the bank or payment gateway timelines.
